📋 Description

• Execute credentialing and licensing research, data validation, and compliance checks supporting LicenseManager Pro and SanctionCheck operations • Review and analyze documentation from vendors, regulators, and professional boards • Research, verify, and input credentialing and licensure information according to client requirements • Apply compliance standards and regulatory rules to ensure data accuracy • Monitor and track case progress, escalating complex issues when appropriate • Document findings and maintain detailed case notes for leadership review • Support quality assurance through structured training and performance standards • Complete assigned credentialing tasks under direct oversight • Learn and follow structured workflows and quality review processes • Handle credentialing and sanction checks with minimal supervision as proficiency develops • Investigate and resolve complex cases at higher levels • Mentor peers, coordinate tasks, track trends, and contribute to process improvements at higher levels

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes • Ability to navigate the internet for research activities • Experience in background screening, credentialing, or compliance research preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment • Basic research skills and attention to detail • Emerging computer and data-entry proficiency • Ability to handle data entry across multiple units and cross-train in various processes • For Global Shared Services Philippines candidates, onsite work in Quezon City with a shifting schedule is required
