• Conduct education verification investigations following established processes and guidelines • Perform comprehensive research using the Internet and other resources • Request education record verification by phone, fax, mail, email, and online databases • Follow up on verification requests throughout investigations • Communicate by phone with applicants and educational institutions • Record precise investigation data in appropriate formats and databases • Consistently meet departmental production standards • Manage time across competing demands to achieve goals • Exercise independent judgment and resourcefulness to complete client requests • Support other Education Investigators • Work with all departments to obtain information and clarify client requests • Complete special assignments or projects as requested • Perform essential job demands and other assigned duties
