• 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management or a related client-facing financial role • FINRA Licensed Series 7, 63/ 66 • profound and proven expertise as a thought leader in managing and advising on complex financial scenarios arising from liquidity events, including concentrated stock positions, private stock, and a comprehensive understanding of capital tables. • sales and relationship management skills including a track record of building successful relationships with external clients and internal partners. • self-starter with creative problem-solving skills. • highly proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional work ethic, and a results-oriented approach focused on maximizing client outcomes.
