📋 Description

• Coordinate account maintenance and servicing requests across retail banking products, including Certificates of Deposit, money market accounts, inactive accounts, and pricing rate adjustments • Resolve client inquiries and manage escalated issues through to resolution • Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, and availability metrics • Prepare written and oral updates for business stakeholders to support accurate financial entry approvals • Ensure account servicing activities comply with applicable financial regulations • Deliver support across banking products and services while adapting to shifting priorities and client needs • Identify inefficiencies and support ongoing Lean projects within the operations team • Assess operational risk considerations and escalate control issues transparently • Apply sound judgment to protect clients and the firm

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an operations, banking, or financial services support environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and apply structured problem-solving • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Ability to correspond with management and business stakeholders • Analytical and numerical aptitude • Ability to review financial data and identify discrepancies • High School diploma or equivalent qualification • Familiarity with banking operations platforms such as Aspen, Eclipse/RSM, G360, IEWA, NCIS, or Tabster is beneficial • Experience working with complaints management systems or similar customer service tracking tools is beneficial • Exposure to Lean methodologies or process improvement frameworks is beneficial
