Citiside Property Management is a Metro Atlanta-based property management firm that specializes in professionally managing portfolios of single-family homes (ideally 3+ units) and small multifamily properties for real estate investors. They provide end-to-end services including property marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, regular inspections, eviction support, KPI tracking and transparent reporting, plus portfolio analyses to help investors maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with Georgia law.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial client intake assessments to evaluate maintenance, account status, and operational needs • Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized case management plans with measurable benchmarks • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams, external contractors, and vendors to resolve service requests and agreements • Communicate regularly with clients by phone and email to track issue resolution and uphold service level standards • Document client communications, service requests, and vendor agreements in the internal operations database • Advocate for clients to streamline operational processes, resolve disputes, and maintain client retention • Collaborate with account managers, administrative staff, and operations teams to optimize service delivery • Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements, contract terms, and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in account management, case management, operations, or client support • Strong conflict resolution, active listening, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational skills • Proficiency with operations software or database systems • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST • Must not work for another company simultaneously • Must not hire subcontractors to perform assigned work
