Citiside Property Management is a Metro Atlanta-based property management firm that specializes in professionally managing portfolios of single-family homes (ideally 3+ units) and small multifamily properties for real estate investors. They provide end-to-end services including property marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, regular inspections, eviction support, KPI tracking and transparent reporting, plus portfolio analyses to help investors maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with Georgia law.

📋 Description

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Estimate costs, manage the budget, and track expenses to ensure the project remains financially viable. • Manage and provide guidance to sub-contractors and internal staff. • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates. • Negotiate contracts and manage the acquisition of materials and equipment. • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize delays.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (Commercial/Residential/Industrial). • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6) and AutoCAD. • PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is a strong plus. • Ability to command respect on-site and motivate a diverse team. • Quick decision-making skills when faced with unexpected site conditions. • Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and negotiation. • A "keen eye" for quality control and structural integrity.
