Citiside Property Management is a Metro Atlanta-based property management firm that specializes in professionally managing portfolios of single-family homes (ideally 3+ units) and small multifamily properties for real estate investors. They provide end-to-end services including property marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, regular inspections, eviction support, KPI tracking and transparent reporting, plus portfolio analyses to help investors maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with Georgia law.

📋 Description

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents • Estimate costs, manage the budget, and track expenses • Manage projects to keep them on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards • Manage and guide subcontractors and internal staff • Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards • Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, and engineers • Provide regular project progress updates • Negotiate contracts and manage acquisition of materials and equipment • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize delays • Balance technical engineering requirements with on-site labor and client expectations • Work for Citiside Properties, a property management company managing homes and multi-unit apartments for investors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (Commercial/Residential/Industrial) • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6 • Proficiency in AutoCAD • PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is a strong plus • Ability to command respect on-site and motivate a diverse team • Quick decision-making skills when faced with unexpected site conditions • Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and negotiation • Keen eye for quality control and structural integrity • No temporary workers • No working for another company at the same time • No hiring subcontractors to perform the work assigned to you
