📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media • Listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide solutions or escalations • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service issues • Collaborate with operations, technical, and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements • Serve as the primary customer touchpoint and build strong customer relationships • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or client-facing roles • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • High level of empathy, active listening, patience, problem-solving mindset, and stress tolerance • Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong sense of accountability • Must not be a temporary worker • Must not work for another company at the same time • Must not hire subcontractors to perform the hired duties
