They provide end-to-end services including property marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, regular inspections, eviction support, KPI tracking and transparent reporting, plus portfolio analyses to help investors maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with Georgia law.

📋 Description

• Receive, log, and prioritize tenant or occupant repair requests, service inquiries, and support tickets • Communicate with occupants to gather details, photos, or videos for virtual problem diagnosis • Identify, contact, schedule, and assign appropriate third-party vendors or local technicians • Coordinate property inspection schedules and track appointments without conducting physical walk-throughs • Serve as the primary remote contact for urgent property issues and dispatch emergency contractors • Review vendor job reports, completion notes, and photos to verify satisfactory completion • Request quotes, review pricing, track service costs, and verify vendor invoices against work orders • Maintain an organized database of reliable local service providers, contractors, and suppliers • Oversee daily property service requests, vendor dispatch, and operational logistics remotely

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Customer Service, Dispatch, or Administrative Project Management • Proven ability to source, communicate with, schedule, and manage external vendors or service providers remotely • Strong diagnostic capabilities and logical reasoning for remote troubleshooting and determining practical solutions • Excellent written and verbal English skills • Exceptional capacity to multitask, prioritize high-urgency requests, track multiple open work orders, and maintain clean digital logs • Comfortable learning and using cloud-based software, ticketing platforms, communication tools, and work order management systems • Must work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST • No temporary workers • Must not work for another company simultaneously • Must not hire subcontractors to perform the duties assigned by the employer
