📋 Description

• Own the project control activity globally • Drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for project implementation • Provide technical expertise and develop technical solutions during the pre-ITO requisition process • Interface with the commercial team • Analyze client needs and define and optimize products, scope, schedule, industrial scheme, and cost • Calculate plant, system, and equipment performance and efficiency • Document technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution • Customize products and implement them for specific customer needs during OTR • Manage staffing and performance development for direct reports • Execute technical policies and strategies using technical expertise and analytical thinking • Address complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects • Explain information and develop team skills toward consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in controls, electrical engineering or a similar field from an accredited college or university • Minimum 3 years of experience in controls engineering roles in the power generation or electrification field, preferably in controls design and integration roles • At least 1 year of experience with controls NPI process • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
