📋 Description

• Provide technical support and maintenance for the EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues collaboratively with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams • Support implementation of new tools and platforms with existing systems to enhance workflows and data connectivity • Optimize system configurations to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency • Provide strategic recommendations to vendor relationship managers for system enhancements and future technology investments • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of work experience • Deep understanding of health tech systems, integrations, and challenges in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience supporting EHR, CRM, scheduling, and other technology systems • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues • Ability to support system integrations and data connectivity • Ability to optimize system configurations • Ability to create and maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations • Ability to collaborate with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams
