📋 Description

• Build and own affiliate/partner program strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and creator segments • Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners • Design and optimize commission, payout, and incentive structures • Establish tracking, attribution, and fraud/quality controls • Collaborate with creative and lifecycle teams on affiliate assets, landing pages, and promotional copy • Manage partner relationships, performance reviews, and ongoing enablement • Test partner cohorts and offers, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings • Collaborate with finance and legal on payouts, agreements, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building or scaling an affiliate/partner program that drove measurable revenue • Hands-on expertise with affiliate/partner platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, Everflow, or similar • Expertise in tracking and attribution • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, and LTV versus payout economics • Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners • Ability to design commission structures and control fraud and low-quality traffic • Ability to write high-intent copy and brief creative • Ability to build programs from the ground up in scrappy, high-ownership environments • Experience with creator/influencer partnerships is a bonus • Experience marketing to technical audiences is a bonus • Familiarity with self-serve and sales-led motions is a bonus • Experience standing up reporting systems or collaborating with data/BI teams is a bonus
