📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform, and other tools • Configure and maintain Workday business process definitions • Develop and support EIB integrations for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and internal or external systems • Configure and maintain Workday domain security policies and business process policies • Provide technical direction on Workday configuration and new functionality • Create and review technical documentation for processes, policies, and user guides • Use Workday Extend and Prism • Participate in ERP-related and information-dependent project teams • Provide level-three application support for CLA's ERP team • Review application updates against business needs and identify configuration impacts and opportunities • Provide implementation support and Workday optimization for business processes, security, and data integrity • Communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP • 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred • Experience with Workday Studio, including Studio Starter Kit, preferred • Experience with integration development preferred • Experience engineering and testing ERP integrations with external vendors or other parties • Experience planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements • Experience in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing, and migration • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, and Advanced Matrix reports • Detail-oriented team player comfortable managing confidential information professionally • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and creative skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment • High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation
