📋 Description

• Facilitate high-energy, hands-on workshops, primarily 90-minute virtual sessions • Teach the core Fluency series and expand into AI leadership, tool-specific deep dives, engineering audiences, and new offerings • Teach the mindset and behavioral shifts required for AI adoption, including psychological safety, sense-making, and workflow evaluation • Maintain fluency across Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, including platform-specific features • Learn and deliver new workshop content on tight timelines • Represent Clarinet to client sponsors before, during, and after sessions • Identify and recommend future programs aligned with client goals • Surface participant feedback and improve workshops, examples, framings, and exercises • Study and practice the latest AI applications, tools, use cases, and skills • Run AI experiments to evaluate what works • Support marketing, LinkedIn thought leadership, marketing materials, and occasional events • Create supplementary learner content, interactive post-session resources, and asynchronous touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• US-based and available within 9am–6pm ET • Minimum 5 years of work experience; 10+ years preferred • Direct experience working in or around mid-market startups and scale-ups of approximately 200–5,000 employees • Daily AI use, including agents, custom GPTs/Gems/Projects, automation tools such as Zapier, Google Flows, and n8n, and emerging interfaces such as MCP and Claude Skills • Substantial experience facilitating workshops for startups, scale-ups, or SMBs • Ability to adapt facilitation to changing content, varied audiences, and live situations • Deep understanding of behavioral science, psychology of change, AI adoption, and organizational dynamics • Hands-on experience building and relying on agents, workflows, or automations • Strategic proficiency with Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT • Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences • Understanding of SMB and scale-up departmental roles, goals, and operating contexts
