📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Clariti's most complex and highest-visibility engagements, including governance, schedules, budgets, milestones, and success criteria. • Align large cross-functional teams across Implementation, Delivery Architecture, Technical Account Management, Product, and Engineering. • Improve repeatable delivery frameworks, retrospectives, customer feedback loops, and sustainable processes. • Anticipate risks and crises, execute contingency plans, and manage scope changes with high autonomy. • Advise senior client stakeholders including mayors, CIOs, department directors, and agency heads. • Lead executive steering committees and check-ins, connecting project progress to government outcomes. • Manage stakeholder agendas, objections, competing motivations, and complex conflicts. • Champion data-backed delivery metrics, storytelling, quality control, and continuous improvement. • Design delivery-team resource models, delegation frameworks, performance cadences, and organizational structures. • Plan and prioritize resources across concurrent engagements while balancing utilization, team health, and delivery quality. • Build city personas, engagement playbooks, scalable frameworks, and organizational knowledge. • Feed customer insights into Clariti's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. • Mentor Principal ICs, Lead ICs, and Engagement Managers; contribute to recruiting and hiring delivery talent. • Provide executive reports on engagement performance, risks, and strategic progress to Professional Services leadership and the COO. • Contribute to strategic planning and identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-level or government transformation engagements in SaaS, professional services, or civic technology. • Proven track record managing complex, high-risk, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, including recovery from dissatisfied clients or failed implementations. • Acknowledged thought leader in delivery methodology, client engagement, or public sector implementation. • Experience designing and owning organizational delivery frameworks and feedback loops. • Expert business and financial acumen, including budget forecasting, cost tracking, margin analysis, variance reporting, and resource allocation. • Ability to hold executive audiences' attention, adapt presentations, handle challenging Q&As, and make ad hoc presentations. • Expertise in project management and agile methodologies applied to large-scale transformation. • Strong data literacy, including establishing baselines, defining success metrics, measuring project health, and communicating data-backed stories. • Proficiency in organizational change and ambiguity management. • Familiarity with public sector or civic technology projects strongly preferred. • Ability to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 30-40%. • Experience with Salesforce-based platforms, GovTech/civic technology ecosystems, permitting/licensing workflows, SI partner relationships, Prosci/ADKAR, AI tools, or AI-assisted delivery models is a bonus. • Successful candidates must undergo comprehensive background checks.
