• Support military exercise planning, coordination, and execution activities across the National Guard enterprise • Support Joint Training System execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities • Support Joint Exercise Life Cycle events • Support planning conferences • Develop exercise products • Support exercise observations and After Action Reviews (AARs)
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of exercise planning experience • Experience supporting Joint Exercise Life Cycle events • Experience planning military exercises • Experience supporting planning conferences • Experience developing exercise products • Experience supporting exercise observations and After Action Reviews (AARs) • Active Secret Clearance required • Exercise Planner experience preferred • Observer Controller/Trainer experience preferred • Training Evaluator experience preferred • National Guard exercise experience preferred
