• Deliver training workshops for military and civilian senior leaders • Facilitate strategic planning sessions • Provide formal instruction • Support Joint Training System execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise • Develop training materials
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 7 years facilitating military training programs • Experience conducting workshops for senior leaders • Experience developing training materials • Experience providing formal instruction • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Active Secret Clearance Required
