📋 Description

• Own problems from discovery through adoption by working directly with internal users, understanding workflows, building and launching across the stack, and measuring impact • Build and improve internal AI tools, including agents, instructions, tools, guardrails, evaluations, and human handoffs • Document decisions, setup, risks, and operating steps • Raise architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and production risks early • Run AI enablement programs such as AI Champs, Lattes with AI Labs, and Lunch & Learns • Pair with colleagues to turn ideas into shipped products • Explore new models, products, and agent patterns • Follow industry developments and test genuinely useful technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Built and shipped at least one tool, product, or project beyond your own machine • Actively use AI models and development tools • Ability to explain where AI models and tools help or fail, what you verified, and how to evaluate quality in a real workflow • Full-stack range across interfaces, backend logic, APIs and integrations, data flows, testing, and deployment • Ability to own a bounded feature end to end • Product judgment: talk to users, clarify the product decision, choose the smallest useful version, and measure results • Ability to learn quickly, ask for help with useful context, operate with incomplete information, accept coaching, and apply feedback • Must live in Eastern or Central timezones and work Boston hours • Must be within 1 hour of a medium hub or large airport with multiple daily flights to Boston • Candidates who require current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible for this role
