📋 Description

• Serve as the junior attorney on complex renewable energy financings • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements • Collaborate with clients, Clean Energy Counsel colleagues, and other professionals on finance matters • Adhere to firm policies, practices, and priorities • Perform other duties as requested by firm management

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience at a law firm • Ideally experience serving clients in renewable energy and related industries • Experience working on large syndicated financings • Experience drafting ancillary agreements, including reliance letters, resolutions, opinion backup certificates, and related documents • Ability to confidently manage checklists on large complex transactions and move deal components forward • Strong organization, drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Team-focused outlook with a focus on mentoring junior attorneys • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organizational, planning, and project management skills • Capacity to handle multiple complex matters under strict deadlines and pressure • Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment • Admission to and good standing with the Bar of the applicant’s state of residence • Dedication to the firm’s mission
