📋 Description

• Provide workstation, software, peripheral, network, and workflow support • Contribute to solution development • Assist with project tasks and documentation • Develop and maintain Epic-based financial reporting solutions • Work with large volumes of financial data • Support financial reporting functions across the team • Support operational objectives and technology planning • Participate in collaborative communications • Provide first-level diagnostic Help Desk support • Provide after-hours on-call support • Provide application, technical, and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems • Contribute to departmental projects and solution implementation • Support development, creation, and maintenance of information system requirements and documentation • Maintain user confidence • Protect operations by keeping information confidential

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position • OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience • OR High School diploma/GED, successful completion of ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience • OR Bachelor’s degree • ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire • EPIC experience • Must reside within Ohio or Florida • Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certifications preferred • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred • Epic Reporting experience preferred • Exposure to Epic Builds preferred • Comfortable working with financial datasets and financial concepts preferred • Financial literacy/financial data experience preferred • Technical degree background preferred • Healthcare data experience in RCM preferred • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Must comply with the influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or approved exemption • Must undergo controlled-substance testing following an offer
