📋 Description

• Provide financial consultation and pricing support to help CVS Caremark win and retain business • Work directly with clients and sales teams to provide pharmaceutical data insights for health care strategy decisions • Analyze client business problems using data-driven approaches • Draw conclusions and present recommendations to clients or senior leadership • Interact with internal and external individuals and teams across sales, clinical, account management, finance, underwriting, operations, networks, trade, and product marketing • Develop and maintain knowledge of the healthcare marketplace, pharmacy benefits management industry, CVS Caremark data warehouses, programs, services, and sales goals • Complete an initial 18-month rotation across managers, business units, and roles before permanent team placement • Perform client analyses in response to specific business questions • Communicate findings and recommendations to client business leaders • Participate in client-facing meetings and on-site or teleconferenced presentations • Provide consultation on PBM pricing offers, including retail networks, specialty and mail dispensing, manufacturer rebates, and administrative fees • Develop and apply pricing concepts and strategies to create competitive financial offers • Support client financial goals and objectives • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of overall related experience • 1 year of experience in analytic skills • 1 year of experience in finance, mathematics, operational analysis, statistics, epidemiology, sales and marketing research, accounting, economics, or another data-driven field • Experience requirements may be met through educational and/or internship experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing Big Data • Knowledge of SAS, STATA, SPSS, R, or SQL highly preferred • Experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or the health care industry preferred • Experience in advanced Microsoft Excel-based modeling preferred • MBA or Master's in data analytics, finance, economics, or a similar quantitative field preferred • Ability to manage tight deadlines and ensure accurate deliverables • Occasional travel to client sites may be required
