📋 Description

• Create internal and external communication assets, including corporate collateral, public relations, CSR, and thought leadership content • Draft, edit, and format communications with teams and leaders across the company • Manage the internal communications calendar • Coordinate day-to-day communications activities across departments • Maintain and update intranet content • Revamp and deploy the internal communications intake and project management process • Build a network of content owners and publishers • Draft and distribute intranet updates, newsletters, and company-wide email communications • Manage the company's Glassdoor account, including drafting responses to reviews • Incorporate analytics and recommend improvements to communications programs, approaches, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience with AP style writing • Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Contact Monkey • Asana preferred but not required • Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable • Must comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
