📋 Description

• Provide individualized, ongoing support to property owners and contractors via phone and email to support project conversion and contract compliance • Troubleshoot customer and contractor questions and provide guidance on program requirements • Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and QA/QC documentation review • Accurately record customer and contractor interactions for program tracking and reporting • Travel occasionally for team events or program needs • Manage a steady, high volume of customer interactions independently in a remote setting • Communicate by both phone and email while balancing and prioritizing interactions throughout the day

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of relevant experience • Customer service or high-volume communication experience, such as call center experience, highly valued • Comfortable navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office • General technology proficiency • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills • Genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or helping customers • No specific degree or major required • Detail-oriented approach to resolving rebate and calculation issues • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful completion of pre-employment checks
