📋 Description

• Lead projects analyzing complex business problems, including excess Home Health costs and contracting, using internal and external data • Identify subject matter experts and provide expertise for multifunctional, matrixed efforts • Produce recommendations and plans to enhance and expand Value Based Programs • Analyze company and external data focused on Home Health, Home Solutions, and Network Management • Provide subject matter expertise on network and cost optimization opportunities to partners • Ensure procedures align with corporate vision and regulatory compliance requirements • Collaborate in a matrixed environment, including outside the current team alignment as needed • Advise executives across segments and retail markets on functional strategies and significant matters • Analyze variable factors and make decisions on complex issues related to job responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Strong analytics background • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • Master's Degree preferred • Experience navigating solution implementation to the retail market preferred • 3 or more years of experience managing and negotiating contracts preferred • 3 years' experience collaborating with Humana Retail Market teams preferred • Experience working with HEDIS or Stars measures and programs preferred • Six Sigma (LEAN or Green Belt) training preferred • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home employees • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested; satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
