• Provide individualized and ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors to support project conversion and contract compliance (approximately 60%) • Troubleshoot technical questions and provide guidance on installation requirements, adaptation, configuration, and enhancement in accordance with client specifications (10%) • Complete rebate processing, data entry, QA/QC support, and documentation review (15%) • Record customer and contractor interactions accurately to meet program tracking and reporting requirements (10%) • Travel occasionally within assigned areas for program needs (5%)
• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR a combination of education, training, and work experience • Technical, sales, and/or customer‑service experience (preferred) • Strong interest in residential energy efficiency, building‑science fundamentals, and customer education • Ability to navigate CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and standard digital communications • A desire to help customers understand their energy usage and complete their upgrade projects successfully
