📋 Description

• Support KPI tracking and reporting by developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar tools • Perform data analysis using Excel and other reporting platforms to monitor team performance and peer review processes • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation and manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, and contribute to the development of training materials • Provide general support across projects, including quality assurance, documentation, and low-complexity project work (e.g., tune-ups, lighting reviews) • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with operational standards • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting enhancement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply • Proficiency or interest in learning Power BI and Smartsheet (not required to be a subject matter expert) • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization • A demonstrated interest in process improvement, documentation, and analytics • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills
