📋 Description

• Partner with Program Directors to understand and define data analysis requirements • Review project scopes of work and translate them into actionable task assignments • Develop data analytics strategies to support proposal (RFP) responses • Assess research and data needs to enhance transportation data analysis services • Oversee data aggregation, validation, and review processes • Interpret, translate, and present technical findings to stakeholders • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data professionals to deliver high-quality solutions • Define and execute vision, strategy, and architecture for data systems and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in data analysis, data engineering, or related field • Experience in project management and team leadership • Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics tools • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
