📋 Description

• Support the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers across the state of Oregon • Play a critical role in ensuring smooth program execution by managing operational processes • Support reporting and tracking efforts, and coordinate across internal teams and external partners • Involve collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure program accuracy and efficiency • Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, including Trade Allies • Track program submissions, budget allocation, and overall program performance • Develop and maintain reports to support forecasting, planning, and decision‑making • Support data management efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness • Identify operational or informational gaps and recommend process improvements • Assist with program coordination activities, including intake tracking and workflow support • Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking • Experience working with reporting, forecasting, or program performance metrics • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and quality control • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, process‑driven environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred
