β’ Take inbound calls from potential clients to enroll in Medicare plans β’ Explain the benefits and features of the various Medicare and ancillary products available β’ Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into Medicare plans that meets their needs β’ Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products β’ Help clients with questions regarding Medicare products β’ Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, create leads for follow up and update consumer information β’ Understand and adhere to all company, carrier, and/or CMS related policies and procedures
β’ Active Health Insurance Sales License β’ Previous Medicare Sales experience REQUIRED β’ Strong communication skills β’ Strong time management and organizational skills β’ Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity work environment β’ Ability to explain/articulate complex insurance programs to callers in ways that are clear and concise β’ Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time while talking on the phone
