📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve AI agents, automations, and workflows. • Partner with AI Enablement Strategists embedded within business functions. • Serve as a technical expert for Glean, Unanet's enterprise AI platform. • Gather feedback from end users and iterate based on learnings. • Build solutions with measurement in mind. • Contribute solutions to Unanet’s shared AI solution catalog. • Partner with AI Strategy & Operations and IT for data connections and API access. • Participate in Unanet’s cross-functional builder community. • Provide post-deployment support to help end users get value from solutions. • Stay current on AI tools and techniques relevant to the functions supported.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience building with AI tools: agents, automations, prompt systems, API integrations, or workflow tools. • Experience working directly with end users to deploy and iterate on solutions, not just to deliver them. • Experience supporting and troubleshooting for end users. • Ability to assess a business problem and design a practical technical approach. • Strong working knowledge of the current AI tool landscape. • Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven track record of deploying solutions that drive ongoing adoption and value. • Ability to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions. • Bias toward action and execution. • Deep curiosity about emerging AI technologies.
