📋 Description

• Support compensation initiatives related to job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis, survey participation, and overall compensation analysis • Provide compensation support for Talent Acquisition and HR Services • Review, create, change, and inactivate job descriptions • Support market analysis for job families, market adjustments, and the merit process • Collaborate with and support peer compensation team members • Participate in third-party external market surveys • Review survey results and match internal job equivalents • Run reports from HR systems to audit data and support compensation processes and initiatives • Assist with reclassification/promotional adjustments, new-hire salary offers beyond established guidelines, equity submissions, and supplemental compensation requests • Support day-to-day Compensation Team assignments and projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field OR five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience • One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience • Reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system and, in some locations, off-site • Follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as required • Comply with annual influenza vaccination program or obtain an approved exemption
