📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of projects and serve as the single point of contact • Lead and manage multiple medium- to large-sized projects using advanced project management tools • Plan and evaluate project activities to accomplish objectives • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews • Prepare and complete action plans • Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards • Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends and determine system improvements • Implement operational changes • Forecast financial requirements and assist with annual budget preparation • Schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders • Enhance department and organization reputation by taking ownership of new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel to multiple sites to attend meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field • Minimum of five years of project management experience in the assigned area • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion • Effective relationship-building skills • Experience may include implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or systems analyst capacity • Experience may include work involving complex financial system applications • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment • Ability to sit, stand and walk to various locations throughout the health system as needed • Normal or corrected vision • Ability to communicate clearly verbally by phone or in person • Compliance with required personal protective equipment and Standard Precautions • Compliance with annual influenza vaccination program or an approved exemption • Post-offer controlled-substance testing • A master's degree with four years of experience may offset the stated experience requirement
