📋 Description

• Complete routine support and designated project assignments • Provide input to develop solutions • Assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, technology capabilities, task-level resource requirements, task plans, and general communications • Develop process flow charts and report on project status • Support the development of information system requirements • Perform other duties as assigned • Work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Nevada, Florida, or Ohio • Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field and three years of IT experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or an operational or financial role utilizing supported systems or data • OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience • OR a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience • Completion of ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of start date • Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred • Experience with finance regular-cycle data reporting extraction, SQL, and Tableau preferred • Ability to use AI Fortec Coco AI software capabilities preferred • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs. • Must comply with the employer’s influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or an approved exemption • Successful controlled-substance testing after an offer of employment
