📋 Description

• Lead development and delivery of Cloud-focused features for ClickHouse Cloud • Define and drive existing initiatives on the ClickHouse Cloud product roadmap • Ensure initiatives align with company goals and customer needs • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities • Manage and prioritize the product backlog • Ideate and propose new product initiatives • Coordinate design, engineering, and security teams on project scope and timelines • Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies • Provide project status updates to leadership and the broader company • Collaborate with marketing and sales on feature launch strategy, documentation, positioning, messaging, and pricing • Conduct pre-launch enablement sessions for sales and support teams • Maintain internal and external documentation after shipment • Help sales and support teams address customer questions, concerns, and feedback • Define, track, and own project KPIs and report progress to stakeholders • Monitor and analyze product usage and performance data to identify improvements • Dog-food the product daily and suggest incremental improvements to the product experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience • Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics • Prior ClickHouse experience preferred but not required • Demonstrated success delivering high-quality products to market • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong leadership skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
