📋 Description

• Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers • Help influencers grow their audiences and monetize their content • Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels • Create successful campaigns for the talent roster • Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands • Develop targeted growth strategies with internal teams • Expand influencer reach and increase engagement • Drive revenue growth • Work independently and drive personal success in a fully remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles • Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills • Proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously • Ability to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships • Highly organized and skilled with data management • Proficient in Google Sheets • Past experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or sales-driven role is a bonus
