📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day communication, feedback, and performance-focused relationships with assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners • Source and evaluate new ambassador, streamer, and creator opportunities • Support negotiation and onboarding through launch • Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, and posting schedules • Ensure partners meet contractual obligations • Review partner content in real time across relevant platforms • Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams • Brief partners and collect content assets for campaigns and promotions • Submit monthly partner performance reports and review end-of-month invoices • Flag missed or incomplete deliverables to management • Support partner renewals and new ambassador launches • Mentor Junior Ambassador Managers • Monitor high-performing creator content and industry engagement trends • Share findings with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics • Proven experience managing influencer, streamer, ambassador, or creator relationships from onboarding to monthly execution • Exceptional project management and organisational skills • Track record of tracking complex deliverables, schedules, and campaign activity simultaneously • High level of accuracy auditing partner content and verifying promotional compliance • Experience tracking deliverables and reviewing monthly invoices • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Natural ability or experience guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior team members • Ability to analyse campaign activity and audience engagement metrics • Ability to optimise partner content and evaluate campaign effectiveness
