📋 Description
• Connective tissue between the CEO and the company • Stand up operating rhythms in hypergrowth • Push every function to rethink processes with AI in mind • Build AI-powered systems for the CEO, ensuring detailed, sustainable operations • Construct competitive information loops for the CEO • Manage CEO's priorities and ensure accountability • Own board meeting preparations and enhance narrative for investor relations • Foster cross-functional processes and alignment in leadership team • Shape internal communications to reflect the external ambition of the company
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in strategic operations, management consulting, or prior Chief of Staff role • You've operated at the right hand of a founder-CEO in a company with 500+ employees, ideally 1,000+ • You’ve built operating cadences and structures • Managed people (3+ years) and know how to build a small elite team • Fluent in pre-IPO dynamics: governance, compliance readiness, investor relations, board management • AI power user, demonstrating workflows around AI • Think from first principles and ensure clarity in documentation • High EQ and low ego, energizing ambiguity
