📋 Description

• Support ITAM projects including asset inventory, lifecycle updates, tool enhancements, and compliance initiatives • Analyze business processes and asset data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities • Support process improvements and standardization across ITAM workflows • Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation for leadership • Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies • Develop and maintain ITAM policies, standards, and lifecycle processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field • Minimum two (2) years of project or business analyst experience • Experience in data and functional analysis, performance evaluation, strategic planning, and process improvement • Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools • Demonstrated experience working within an Agile environment • Demonstrated experience maintaining knowledge management resources (e.g., documentation on SharePoint) • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
