📋 Description

‱ You will own both sales and marketing for the company. ‱ Take all introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects. ‱ Run strategy and pitch presentations. ‱ Manage the full pipeline from first touch to close. ‱ Handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations. ‱ Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences. ‱ Own and operate our internal Meta advertising campaigns. ‱ Develop and execute our broader marketing strategy including content, brand positioning, and demand generation. ‱ Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content. ‱ Think holistically about brand and understand how advertising fits within a larger growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only) ‱ Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance based incentives ‱ Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid market buyers ‱ Hands on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing ‱ Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting ‱ Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions ‱ Strong written and verbal communication skills ‱ Based in the United States and available during standard business hours ‱ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
