âą Own both sales and marketing for the company. âą Run the sales process from initial conversations to signed contracts. âą Take all introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects. âą Run strategy and pitch presentations, manage the full pipeline from first touch to close. âą Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations. âą Build and maintain a sales playbook and objection library. âą Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns. âą Develop and execute broader marketing strategy including content, brand positioning, and demand generation. âą Elevate the company brand to attract larger clients and create marketing assets.
âą 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only) âą Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance based incentives âą Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid market buyers âą Hands on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing âą Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting âą Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions âą Strong written and verbal communication skills âą Based in the United States and available during standard business hours âą Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
