📋 Description

• Process ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, corrections, NSF and non-post items accurately and on time • Review, investigate and resolve exceptions while ensuring timely and accurate transaction posting • Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements • Provide backup support for Treasury Management setup, customer training and customer support, including ACH, Positive Pay, Wire, RDC and Lockbox • Maintain documentation and audit readiness across assigned operational workflows • Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to support consistent, customer-centered service quality • Operate on Jack Henry SilverLake core and support post-conversion stabilization • Learn and adopt new Jack Henry product modules • Identify, communicate and resolve conversion-related issues • Complete mandatory compliance and IT training • Help prevent fraudulent activity by questioning suspicious activity and collaborating with relevant departments • Support reliable, customer-centered banking experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Prior deposit operations experience; banking deposit operations background is a plus • Phoenix core or Jack Henry SilverLake experience preferred • High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities • Adaptability during core system conversions and fast-changing operational priorities • Knowledge of financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws • Understanding of compliant, accurate deposit operations • Ability to learn new banking systems and product modules • Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours • Must be a non-smoker or affirm commitment to cessation within 90 days of offer acceptance • Valid U.S. work authorization; the employer does not offer visa sponsorship • Ability to complete cognitive and personality assessments, credit and background checks, and provide professional references
