📋 Description

• Oversee all operational functions within the Field Service Operations team • Lead and develop staff • Strengthen processes • Partner closely with sales teams • Implement strategies that elevate performance and customer satisfaction • Manage technicians across multiple locations • Review performance metrics • Address operational challenges • Collaborate with sales teams to validate project feasibility • Serve as the escalation point for urgent customer needs • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, and boost quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • Five years of relevant experience required; 7+ years preferred • Strong background in electrical substation maintenance with an emphasis on medium‑voltage power transformers • Understanding of electrical substation testing, safety standards, asset management, and life‑extension practices.
