• Administer critical on-premises and cloud-based systems, including servers, virtualization platforms, endpoint management solutions, and core banking-related technologies • Maintain system uptime, performance reliability, and lifecycle management through monitoring, maintenance, patching, and release planning • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and mission-critical systems • Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, group policies, identity and access controls, and user lifecycle provisioning • Ensure compliance with bank policies, information security requirements, and BSA, AML, OFAC, NIST, and vendor-related controls • Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for outages, security events, and operational disruptions • Develop, maintain, and audit system documentation, diagrams, configuration baselines, and runbooks • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital Banking teams on requirements, upgrades, integrations, and cross-department initiatives • Serve as an escalation point for IT Specialists and System Administrators, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance oversight • Support Climate First Bank’s environmental, social, economic, and racial justice mission • Complete mandatory compliance and IT training and follow Bank policies, procedures, and regulations • Question suspicious activity and collaborate to help prevent fraudulent activity
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered • 2+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or related IT roles, preferably in financial services • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, SaaS platforms, enterprise storage technologies, and secure configuration practices • Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, group policy, identity and access management, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration • Experience leading or participating in technical initiatives is preferred • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to support high-level executives and their technology needs • Ability to work in a high-pace, high-expectation environment • Strong organization, time management, note-taking, and checklist management skills • Ability to communicate clearly, precisely, professionally, and tactfully with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Understanding of network fundamentals, VPN technologies, MFA systems, secure configuration practices, patch management, configuration management, automation/orchestration tooling, scripting, and monitoring platforms • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills; ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable resolutions • Commitment to teamwork and dependable collaboration • Commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice • Must be a non-smoker or affirm commitment to cessation within 90 days of offer acceptance • Must have valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not offered • Must complete cognitive and personality assessments, credit and background checks, and reference checks as part of the hiring process
