📋 Description

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems including endpoints, identity platforms, and SaaS applications • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN solutions to provide secure remote access • Administer and customize Jira workflows, automations, permissions, SSO, MFA, access controls, provisioning/deprovisioning, and integrations • Own day-to-day administration of Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, security settings, and collaboration tools • Support identity and access management through Okta, provisioning/deprovisioning, and Okta Flow • Assist with implementation and monitoring of security controls, compliance efforts, and internal IT policies • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures • Partner with Security, People Ops, Engineering, and other teams on IT initiatives and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Hands-on experience with Jira administration and customization, including workflows, automations, and dashboards • Proven experience managing Google Workspace environments, including Admin Console, security settings, and user lifecycle • Experience with Okta for identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle • Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for macOS device management, including enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and patch management • Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and/or Linux environments • Experience with Okta Flow for SaaS lifecycle automation, access governance, and security workflows • Basic scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, or JSON is a plus • VDI experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix, or similar is not required • Experience with Aquera or similar HRIS-to-IT automation platforms is not required • Exposure to IT automation, zero-touch provisioning, or workflow-driven IT operations is not required • Strong understanding of VPN technologies is not required • Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred, not required • Okta Certified Professional certification is preferred, not required • CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification is preferred, not required • Jamf Certified Associate or higher certification is preferred, not required • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Clear, confident communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to prioritize, execute, and adapt in a fast-moving environment • Ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
