📋 Description

• Lead operations of Team Cement’s grantmaking through assessment, disbursement, and evaluation • Manage grantee relationships, information flow, and regular reporting • Maintain and monitor the portfolio’s grantmaking budget and support annual planning • Develop and update team policies and procedures for program and grantmaking quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Support improvements to Global Industry Hub and ClimateWorks Foundation processes • Collaborate with peers and other ClimateWorks teams on grantmaking operations • Organize stakeholder engagement groups and virtual, in-person, internal, and domestic meetings • Organize the annual Global Cement Decarbonization Convening, including logistics, speakers, notes, and outcomes • Prepare documents, briefings, budgets, communications materials, and other external work products • Share knowledge through written communications and online and in-person events • Support the Cement + Building Materials Director and Program Manager • Participate in Global Industry Hub and ClimateWorks meetings and retreats • Report to the Program Manager, Cement & Building Materials

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management skills based on 2-4 years’ experience in a relevant role • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Ability to use Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Signal • Experience building and maintaining flexible systems and plans for projects and events • Experience managing grants or working with non-profits, foundations, or multilateral initiatives • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work successfully with people and cultures across global time zones • Ability to initiate and manage projects and work effectively with minimal supervision • Availability for international travel, approximately three trips per year • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Strong understanding of climate change and demonstrated passion for addressing the challenge • Commitment to supporting colleagues, grantees, and partners • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment and to the mission and values of the Global Industry Hub
