📋 Description

• Build and maintain shared libraries, tooling, and paved paths for .NET and Go application teams • Design, implement, and evolve Terraform modules and infrastructure as code across Azure commercial and Azure Government • Configure and improve GitOps-based delivery with Argo CD, including canary and progressive rollouts • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Contribute to the FedRAMP/Azure Government initiative, including deployment pipelines, PR-based approval workflows, and package strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, propose technical solutions, and shape architectural decisions • Create reference implementations and documentation • Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers • Develop reusable AI-enabled workflows, skills, and automations for developers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience as a platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineer • Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code at scale • Experience with GitOps delivery using Argo CD • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with Azure DevOps • Solid working knowledge of Azure and Azure Resource Manager • Comfort with Kubernetes and container orchestration • Fluency in at least one scripting language: Bash, PowerShell, or Python • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Experience building shared libraries or SDKs in .NET or Go is desirable • Familiarity with progressive delivery and canary deployments (Argo Rollouts) is desirable • Experience with Azure Government or other government cloud environments is desirable • Experience with LLM-powered coding tools and AI development lifecycle automations is desirable • Experience in compliance-regulated environments such as FedRAMP, FISMA, SOC 2, or NIST 800-53 is desirable • Candidates must complete criminal background, education, and employment verification upon conditional offer
