📋 Description

• Lead Delinea’s Enterprise Security program and oversee the SAE, SOC, and IAM teams • Set direction and hold functional managers accountable for roadmaps, staffing, and performance • Drive cross-functional security strategy and prioritization • Advise executive leadership on security-related business risks • Communicate security best practices across the business • Implement and maintain controls aligned with compliance and regulatory frameworks • Define security architecture roadmaps, secure designs, and architecture enhancements • Identify threats and weaknesses in current-state architecture • Partner with business units to translate requirements into security solutions • Oversee proactive monitoring and incident response, including analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery • Establish cyber resilience and assess readiness for cyber crisis events • Define and execute the enterprise IAM roadmap and long-term vision • Ensure IAM architecture, compliance enforcement, and identity governance mitigate risk • Manage and develop security leaders and staff • Establish KPIs to monitor risk and measure security program effectiveness • Build senior-leader relationships and support project and operational goals through data analysis • Report directly to the CISO

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the current security landscape and industry best practices • Proven track record solving complex cybersecurity problems protecting enterprises and products using a risk-based approach • Demonstrated ability to build and grow comprehensive Cybersecurity programs • Proven experience building a multi-team security organization, ideally overseeing architecture, operations, and identity through direct reports • Experience overseeing a SOC function led by a dedicated manager, across multiple time zones • Experience overseeing IAM capabilities including MFA, single sign-on, privileged access, certificate management, and secrets management • Experience building and/or directing Security Architecture and Engineering securing endpoints, identity, email, cloud, data, and networks • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field • 12+ years of experience in enterprise security, security operations, or related fields • 5+ years of senior information security leadership experience • Experience with GRC frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC2, SOX, FedRAMP, and GDPR • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business acumen, and commercial outlook • Minimal travel (<5%) • CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications preferred • Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, frameworks, risk management principles, and industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and GDPR • Effective executive functioning and presentation skills • Ability to innovate and balance business and security needs
