📋 Description
• Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) • Develop and configure Journey Maps for personalized customer engagement • Build and customize email/content using AJO HTML templates • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into journey workflows • Perform QA and testing of journeys, campaigns, and personalization logic • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in journey execution and delivery • Optimize journeys for performance, conversion, and customer experience • Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Platform components
🎯 Requirements
• 8–12 years of overall experience in digital marketing / customer journey implementation • Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) • Experience as a Journey Developer / Journey Architect / AJO Coder • Solid understanding of Journey Maps and workflow orchestration • Proficiency in HTML for AJO email/content development • Strong experience in QA, testing, and validation of campaigns/journeys • Knowledge of personalization, segmentation, and customer data flows • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
