📋 Description

• Build and iterate on workflows, integrations, and automations that improve day-to-day efficiency • Execute high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack • Partner with engineers and developers to scope requirements, write technical specifications, and prioritize tooling work for Operations • Improve systems across support platforms and AI-driven solutions • Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions • Identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling • Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform effectively in production • Contribute to improvements in how systems connect and operate together • Act as the technical voice of Operations and partner with leadership on priorities and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling; ability to build and debug independently • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high bar for quality and reliability • Understanding of how tools, workflows, and dependencies connect • Ability to translate loosely defined problems into practical, well-structured solutions • Experience working with support platforms such as Zendesk (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows (nice to have) • Background in Ops, Support, or CX environments (nice to have) • Experience working with evolving or fragmented tooling stacks (nice to have) • Located in the U.S. • Authorized to work in the U.S.
