📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for a seamless candidate journey • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles • Monitor key hiring metrics and drive improvements in recruitment performance • Partner with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and employer branding • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance standards
🎯 Requirements
• 6–10 years of recruitment experience • At least 2–3 years in a leadership role • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to lead large-scale hiring initiatives • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques
