📋 Description

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed accounting records • Review, monitor, reconcile and report on all accounts for the department • Play an active role in the month-end closing duties and partner closely with operations, accounting departments, IT, and various other liaisons to understand and find resolution for accurate financials • Accurately maintain all assigned accounting records and perform all related accounting functions • Prepare monthly GL reconciliation and monthly journal entries • Respond to inquiries from management, auditors and financial statements issued • Support the accounting requirements for new product deployments and process enhancements • Weekly recording and reconciling of Cash receipts • Review Transaction detail to ensure capital expenditures entries meet established criteria • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets • Maintain fixed assets sub-ledger and depreciation schedules • Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management and auditors • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, including Capex related, pre-Paid and accruals • Determine adjustments required and prepare journal entries for related account activity • Update and maintain procedures related to assigned tasks • Complete reporting needed from internal business partners • Perform audit requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant experience required • 1+ years accounting experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs • SQL querying a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
